Our UnLitter USA solution is an app that aims to educate and reward users to pick up and dispose of litter correctly, whilst stimulating the local economy.

a. Login to your merchant account and offer deals and discounts to consumers in the form of vouchers on the app. Consumers can then purchase these using their Circular Ucoins.
a. When a consumer presents you with their purchased voucher in-store, simply apply the deal/discount for the consumer and scan the QR code on the voucher to redeem the voucher and ensure it cannot be used again.

We encourage as many merchants to participate with UnLitter USA as possible. If you would like to sign up as a participating merchant with UnLitter USA, please contact us, letting us know a little more about your business, including the name, location and which goods and/or services you trade. If your business is eligible for participation, we will email you a link to register your business with UnLitter USA.
UnLitter USA requires no complex POS integration with your already existing POS system. Everything runs via a web application.

You will receive an email from us, to the email address provided, informing you of your account approval.
Account approval is typically granted immediately after submission of complete and accurate merchant account registration. However, please allow for up to 48 hours.

Within the merchant account approval email you will receive your login details. The password provided is a one-time password. For security purposes, you will be asked to change this password upon your first login. Once logged in, you can begin creating vouchers to offer to UnLitter USA consumers.

As with any sales campaign you may run, you decide exactly what deals you’d like to offer UnLitter USA consumers. Simply login to your merchant account and navigate to the ‘My Vouchers’ page to begin creating vouchers to offer. Once approved, these offerd will then be displayed to consumers for purchase in the UnLitter USA consumer app.
After purchase, consumers must then present this voucher to you in-store when redeeming the offer. You may either scan the QR code in your merchant webapp, enter the QR code number in your merchant webapp or ask the consumer to click ‘redeem now’ on their voucher. This will redeem the voucher and ensure it cannot be used on future occasions.
UnLitter USA does not require merchants to provide any financial information about their business.
You can find your merchant transaction history on your UnLitter USA merchant account. Once logged in, navigate to your ‘Transactions’ page to view all the vouchers that have been redeemed at your merchant since registering with UnLitter USA.
Should you be unable to scan the Qr code present on the consumer’s voucher, you may:
Login to the UnLitter USA web application using your merchant account details. Navigate to the ‘My Merchant’ page. Within the ‘Account’ section, you will find a link to your personal details. From there, you can click to view and edit these details.

Within the ‘Account’ section of the profile page, you will find a link to your company details. If you are a merchant owner, you can click to view and edit these details. If you have a merchant leader or merchant staff account, you can view these details, but not edit. Should you wish to make any changes to your merchant details, but do not have the authority to do so, please inform your merchant owner to do so.
Navigate to the login page in the UnLitter USA app. Click on the ‘forgot your password?’ link. You will be prompted to enter your email address or username. Once submitted, merchant owner and leader accounts will receive an email to their registered email address with a one-time password. If you have a merchant staff account, please enter your username. This will inform the creator of your account that you have forgotten your password. You will then need to ask them for your new password.
Please ensure the email address entered is correct and is the email address registered with your UnLitter USA account. Please also check your junk/spam emails. If you have still not received an email to reset your password, please contact us directly.
No need to worry! You can simply ignore that email.
This is not a problem! Your account is securely stored in our database. You can log back into your account from your new phone.

The merchant homepage serves to provide quick access to key functionalities and information about your UnLitter USA account.
When consumers purchase one of your vouchers using their Circular Ucoins, a voucher containing a Qr code is generated in their app. When they wish to redeem this voucher, they must present this to you in-store. All merchant accounts can then use the scan voucher QR code function to scan the voucher and apply the deal/discount for the consumer.
Within the transactions page of the merchant application, all merchant accounts can view all vouchers redeemed at your business since the time of registration with UnLitter USA.
All merchant accounts can view a list of all vouchers currently being offered by your business. Merchant accounts can search this list of vouchers if they are looking for specific ones. Merchant owner and leader accounts can also create new vouchers to offer within this page.
The ‘My Merchant’ page allows merchant account to view and edit their registered details and view general information about the UnLitter USA application.
Available only to merchant owners and leaders, the ‘Manage Account’ page is your one-stop shop to all creating and managing your UnLitter USA team. Here you can view, create and remove all merchant leader and staff accounts, as well as reset merchant staff accounts.
Yes. We encourage you to do so, so that floor staff can scan QR codes on the consumer’s purchased vouchers. You can do this in one of two ways:
If you are a merchant owner or leader, navigate to the ‘Manage Account’ page within your merchant account. Here you will see an ‘add account’ button. Click this to begin creating merchant leader and/or staff accounts, entering the required information for each.

If you are a merchant owner or leader, navigate to the ‘Manage Account’ page within your merchant account. Here you will see all the merchant leader and staff accounts in your UnLitter USA team. Simply click on the account you wish to delete, and select ‘Remove account’.
If you are a merchant owner or leader, navigate to the ‘Manage Account’ page within your merchant account. Here you will see all the merchant staff accounts in your UnLitter USA team. Simply click on the account you wish to reset the password for and select ‘Reset Password’. Follow the instructions and save the new password. Please then inform the employee of their new password.
Consumers will be able to see your merchant account in their app, as well as view all the vouchers your offer.
